Here you can see the pictures from behind the trd tach, this tach looks identical to the stock tach from the component side and is made by the same manufacturer (I think it was Nippondenso).  The tach is pretty much identiacal other then the face.  I believe there is some law that for an aftermarket replacement of this type there may have to be a certain percentage of difference in the look of the product.  So TRD has put their logo on it and added the extra RPM's and such, other then that its a direct factory replacement and works and looks very good.  The look of the lighting is identical to stock exactly what i would expect considering the parts are identical other then the face.   So you may think its a big scam or something to pay $200-$300 for a tach.   Well if you like the look of it, I must say it was worth it.  I for one like it quite a bit and think its worth every penny.  There are 3 pictures so please be patient.
