Right to Left:  Russel, Jarrett Humphreys, Nero, Jake Lindeke

This is Jarrett eating up his free desert, taken care of by Nero, you can tell he was happy

Well in a short trip Jarrett Humphries and his world renowned Naturally Aspirated Supra hit Tampa.  I and a few SOGI (Supra Owner's Group Members) welcomed him.  During this fun filled weekend all kinds of things happened. Jarrett Humphries who owned a shop Powerhouse located in Lufkin, TX is one of the few people to build the Naturally Aspirated Supra into a Turbo'd monster.  Well The vehicle is wild that's for sure, even on the low boost setting of 16 PSI on stock 16" rims and tires the car would break loose suddenly at 4000 RPM, I can only imagine it with Drag Radials 25 PSI of boost and the 120 HP shot of NOS.  The car is simply awesome.

This is not a stock NA was many people's first thoughts as Jarrett popped the hood

The list of modifications goes on forever, I'll attempt to list them

T-66 Turbo and all manifold, wastegate equipement to go along with it

Custom IC plumbing going to a massive Sparco Intercooler

2 Type R BOV by Greddy mounted on the IC pipes, one on each side of the Intercooler

Custom Intake manifold reshaped and larger size in the form of a Turbo Manifold

6 420cc injectors on top side of the manifold

Fuel rail in billet aluminum custom made

6 440cc injectors in stock location

Direct Port 120 HP nitrous

HKS AIC III to run the additional injectors

HKS VPC adjusted for the non-turbo application

Greddy Profec-A

Greddy EGT 52mm

SPI boost guage 52mm in clock location

Halmeter Air/Fuel guage, runs off of O2 sensors

Fuel Pressure Guage

Paxton Fuel Pump

Upgraded Fuel Lines #8 fuel line, #6 return lines

Paxton Fuel Pressure Regulator

K&N large air intake

Nology Ignition Upgrade

Fan by pulley Driven Removal, change over to electrical fans with relay driven setup

Turbo Timer

All synthetic fluids, mainly redline (tranny, differential, water wetter in coolant)

Downpipe 3.5" custom made

HKS Superdragger Exhaust

3mm Head Gasket to lower compression

Autometer Roll Cage (this was in and out)

At this point your wondering what is left well there is a lot and here goes

Cam Gears

Cam's

No internal work was done at all, stock head, stock block, stock rods and pistons so all this could have been changed this is what truely makes this car unbelievable

Tranny

Driveshaft

All suspension was stock

Underdrive pulley

Interior was 100% and he had a system too

So there was a lot of things that were possible, this car could easily have been in the 10's and with some tuning and more work it had 9 second possibilities

If all that's seen under the hood isn't enough look what's hidden 6 fogger 120HP shot of NOS

Look at Jarrett Launching Nero's supra, see the purple hue on the side

One of the first signs that something weird is going on with this NA

What does a fool in a NA need harness's for, must be a riceboy

Everything should be in Check with all this gadgetry

You can only read above 3500 RPM with the profec and AIC mounted on the steering column

This certainly is one beefed up NA, but all good things have to end and Jarrett after returning home to Lufkin, TX put the NA back to stock and sold almost every modification.  Jarrett is currently looking to trade in The NA for a Supra TT 6-speed his new project car.  I was the last to photograph The NA and some can say they truely have experienced a beast that once was but others will get to experience another beast of a whole different kind, for rumors have it that the New Supra will be expected to be even faster and stronger!!!
